GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The policy of X WAY NETWORK LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) regarding the processing of French data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) was developed in accordance with Federal Law No. acts of the Uzbekistan
1.2. This Policy governs the processing of personal data of users of the site/s, conditions and principles for the processing of personal data, the rights of Users and obligations of the Company, information on measures taken to protect the processed personal data.
1.3. This Policy applies to all personal data that the Company receives from users of the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Users”, “User”).
1.4. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the User must immediately stop any use of the Sites.

3.1. The legal grounds for processing PD by the Company are:

Decree of the Government of the Uzbekistan dated November 1, 2012 No. 1119 “On approval of requirements for the protection of personal data when they are processed in personal data information systems”;
